Fitted fork seals to my BMW ready to sell on now it’s surplus to requirements, had to fabricate a tool to fit the seals from a bit of wood from next doors skip. Filled the back door frame ready to be primed under coated and glossed.
Took Pani up to Wells-next-the-Sea for a bit of sun and scalped me some “performance” cars on the way
I rode both the monster and 749 back to back this weekend, bringing up questions on if I should sell the 749.... Cleaned them both today as well.
Erroneously fitted a 748/916 etc "rear wheel drive flange coupe deville dubrey firkin" thing in place of the slightly thinner, correct one, so cleaned, re-greased and swapped everything over. Bike (Ugly No 2) all ready for riding and possible sale now.
Took my eldest boy to meet up with his mates at Shelsley Walsh hill climb. Got in, parked up in the Classic section (took the Stag) met up with his mates ten I was dumped! Spent the day mostly on me tod watching cars fly up the hill, some crashed as it was very wet to start with. A good day tho If you’re into this sort of racing Shelsley is a great place, only 20 minutes from home too
Yesterday I did 260 miles around North Wales with 7 other Ducatisti. We rode every type of road imaginable from motorway through to farm tracks and everything in-between. Very enjoyable too Today we are doing mid and part of South Wales
As the weather was fab today i gravitated towards Lewes on the superlight singing along with this music track in my mind for some odd reason.
