Thanks for your concerns Viv, but i'm just resting today and see what tomorrow brings 4 me.

 

I was out in that crazy heat tuesday all day working and then the following wednesday morning completing the job etc, so perhaps not working for sometime lifting heavy things didn't help matters.

 

Dehydration hopefully

 

Whatever the opposite award to that is I got it well deserved

 

Very leisurely and not that accurately, made a bracket for the Multi Strada. A bit like pulling teeth though, if anyone (one!) can work out what it’s for then it’s a pint of beer from me if we ever happened to meet, this offer expires in one week.

Had a day out in WSM with the wife .

 

My insurance renewal for the 999 arrived in my email inbox this morning from Wicked Quotes. Fully comp/protected no claims £112 (up £4 from last year)

 

The body's been aching all day and feeling very lethargic.....perhaps the client put a Mickey finn in my coffee, anything to avoid payment.

As we get older we gain knowledge & wisdom but the body packs up, which's a right pain in the bottom.

 

Just getting dark here in Newquay been a very sunny day and I forgot my hat and now got a shiny forehead.
