A quick rummage on the inter web shows that particular ‘Small Parts’ up for £14200 on a French website, with bike in Lisbon.

why do you say they are stored in japan?

It's the way I read the listing. I have no expectation that they are being stored in Portugal in anything other than an industrial unit. Might even be a barn. Andy

It's not really surprising with that package / price, you've to move very quick these days if you want ownership.
