Mine are hand knitted by gas light with turn ups. Times were hard in Salford. I had a reel to reel tape player big as a briefcase. Hate technology. I struggle with a Bic biro. Today I have watered my plant. Excitement knows no bounds
I was just about to watch some bike racing on the quest channel, but the satellite dish has been knocked out with the weather, damn.
We’ve been to Seahouses and Beadnell Bay. Weather has been gorgeous again despite what the forecast said
Ordered a ruroc atlas helmet in their sale and scored a 749r tank on eBay. I’m now thinking of building my 749s up with some bling bits and build the radical around the dark. The s will be a better investment. Oh and I found a powder coater 5 mins walk from my house
Lucky be on this impressive engineering master piece. France, Italy and now Greece. Having a great time but missing the daughter.
Been on the contract renegotiation roundabout with Virgin Media other than that pretty much feck all……
Congratulations Anthony, you nailed it with that shot....and in particular i do like the remote controlled Gull.
This morning I’m going to Alnwick castle with the grandchildren as they know it from the Harry Potter films. SWMBO is doing her own thing today. Wednesday we are going to the Alnwick Gardens
Can you tell me what a good wood stain is Peter or are they all much of a muchness ? I was only thinking recently that I better start on all that stuff. Where I lived in Woking, they would often use old engine oil.
Hi Chris, i think's all waterbased stuff these days unlike the good old days, yes i do know somebody in Old Woking that uses that wonderful method on his gate & fence panels.
My old man used to a 50/50 mix of old engine oil and the now unobtainium creosote, I miss the smell of VOC. Used to burn well as, once your small grass fire reached a well treated fence a really good fire could be had. Lots of heavy smoke and the fire brigade in attendance and the trains being stopped, oh the memories of Summer break in the 70’s.
Saddling up for the first of my observed rides this week. I feel a bit of overtaking practice is the order of today so if you are out and about, I'd avoid the A4 between Newbury and Marlborough for the next hour or so Andy
I’m taking advantage of a cooler sunny day Supposed to rain tomorrow relaxation/meditation done Gentle exercise this afternoon
