  1. Mv is motorcycling porn and will always create more attention

  3. I had a 750 Evo3. Pretty bike, was very easy to sell. They are rarer than the 996, bit dull to ride though.

  4. 9*6 is a special bike, some say iconic. Personally I don't think there is a choice. I know I will never sell mine and hope one day my daughter will ride it, that would be the icing on the cake for me.

  5. Must be great to think that way duc, mines told me the minute I forget everything, she's selling everything of mine for cash and running off

  6. Regarding "When I'm gone", someone's signature on here says something like:
"My biggest concern is that, when I die, my wife will sell my bikes for what I told her I paid for them"
    Which made me chuckle.

...from a man who managed to buy, bring home, hide in the garden shed, take away and sell, a 748 SP without her ever suspecting !

  7. same here! 996S with 16k miles and 124 bhp, never going to be sold.
Last 2k miles done by me in the last 3 months, I revived a garage queen.

6 years to go until his first bike license, first 2 years owning a bike license here =max 35kW from a max 70 kW bike , and I am really ok with that. Learn to walk before you start running.

Oh and by the way.. Could we please force/compel all learners to ride a medium 7 to 10 tonnes truck and a motorbike for 2 hours while taking lessons?

  10. I ride both, 996 SPS & 750 F4S. You could not get more different bikes to ride. 996 is all torque whilst the MV is a screaming revster. MV is much rarer and in my view easier on the eye. Not sure about future values, but 996 must have a greater following.

My preference....gotta be the MV for pure looks.
