yet another scammer

  1. I think the rule is don't even bother considering anything off Gumtree, same goes for a lot of other free ad websites!. Best stick to the tried and tested ones you have to register and pay for as many scammers don't like to put their hands in there pockets to place a dodgy ad!.
     
  2. It's not a scam! I emailed the guy yesterday, he replied immediately although to be fair his reply was a bit disjointed. To be honest I'm not sure English is his first language? It turns out to be his brothers bike and he works abroad. Anyway, I did a deal and wired the money via Western Union to his brother in Nigeria. He was supposed to call me first thing but I've not heard from him yet, still I'm not too worried as I got a real bargain!

  3. If I'm going to to scam someone I prefer to do it door to door. That way if someone lets you in, you can have a quick shufty around the place to see if it's worth a return visit.

    I the third shiek of Wandsworth would like you to send me money for the bike in doubloons and I post it you later ?
