  1. Hopefully needs new bolts and a locating pin. One bolt stuck so if I cant drill it out it's new flywheel time.

  2. That’s a bummer. Hope it goes okay. Andy

  3. Naked V-Due

  4. bled front brake on Monster, not straight forward at all but got there anyway, it wasn't the air-extraction that was the problem, that bit was easy.

  5. Pumped up the tyres on the Brommo

  6. Went to a Triumph dealer to look at a speed twin 1200 then went to Pro Twins to have a gander at a Hyper 950 and a 1100 scrambler. Not sure I need 160hp of the 1200r anymore now I’m getting on!

  8. Went for a ride on the freshly dyno’d 959. What a difference a re map makes…
Rode over to Leeds to Alpha suspension to get that sorted. Again, big difference.
Then down to my mate’s MOT garage to get the newly fitted 1299S led headlights aligned. This was a bit of a let down. The light output from the low beams was, eh, very low. My mate struggled to get a decent light output on the machine. Good enough for the MOT though. The hi beams though, they light up the whole of the northern hemisphere. :joy:

  10. Called in to Ducati Mcr to enquire how the tank re spray was coming on
Not done yet due to a back log of work!

Trouble is the tax runs out at the end of the month, so I don’t know how this is going to work out.

  11. Don't you worry we'll have a whip-round for you Anthony, if things are that tight for you at the minute.

  12. That’s very kind of you Peter but it’s more a case of not wanting to SORN it only to unsorn it again once it back on the road
I believe you sorn your bikes over winter, is it a faff?

  13. Very straight forward, just type in your 11 digit reference numbers from the V5 doc & Reg number.

  14. Ducati Manchester would surely deliver it to your home in the circumstances?

  15. Had a hour out on the baby SS, then took the fairings off to give them a clean on the inside as there was some oil mist. I'll keep an eye on it for the future. Engine paint has certainly seen better days, but their all like that sir

  16. Decided I would try and sell a couple of old bikes, not Ducatis,on Car and Classic. As the bikes made a nice pair together I put them in one advert.
Car and Classic would not accept two bikes in one advert, even though advertising is free for private ads.
Will have to do it all over again and make out two separate ads.

  18. That engine looks like teenager acne, why can't Ducati paint these things satisfactorily.

  19. Either:
    A) Ducati are unaware of the paint falling off every bike engine they have ever produced

    B) Ducati don't give a fcuk

    C) Ducati like the engine paint to flake and look like a scabby dogs arse, as it encourages owners to replace their bikes with new ones
