do you know if they will fit '20 Monster 1200?

 

The back wheel will fit but it’s really for a wider tyre than on a Monster. The front wheel is wider than a Monster and won’t fit.

 

Surprised at that, thought wheel size would be identical on all the bigger CC bikes

 

Monster rear tyre is 190 wide, Panigale is 200 wide but the rim will fit on the hub splines.

I believe the front on the Monster, Multistrada, 1098 and 1198 is the same width at the hub. Which is slightly narrower than the 1199 and 1299. Worth a check though.

 

Long as rim fits then it should take the 190 tyre too.

It’s the front that will be the problem. It won’t fit, other than that….no problem.

 

It’s one of those things that could be fixed with Spencer’s and discs probably, but by time you’ve done all that you may as well have bought some new light wheels that fit straight on!

 

Spencer’s? Do you get them from Marks & Spencer’s?

 

its a shame these aint the more favoured heavier ones...I would of snapped them up!
