Did the Pyrenees for a 5 day trip early September. Was a bit warmer then. Recognise many of your photos. You think that fuel is expensive but the GF and I were on an R1250RS and a S1000XR, so both needed fuelling every time, but it is only fun money so who cares. Did a couple of weeks in Corsica late September.
I've done Corsica a couple of times, truly amazing for motorbikes! Stunning! Ferry is cheap too for a bike +1
Did a month round Germany on the Ducatis a couple of years ago, loved the place, but have lived there for many years as an Army brat and done two tours there in the RAF.
