No immediate hurry but if there is a 1200S (electronic Ohlins model) out there from a private seller within about a 100 mile radius of Reading in West Berks, I’d be interested in it. Willing to consider almost anything but I would prefer a bike that is standard, in use, with less than 35,000 miles and a service history. Bling, fancy aftermarket extras and luggage are of no interest. Anything I buy will be rebuilt, regardless and get a new exhaust. I have already tried to contact the seller of a bike in Eastleigh advertised on AutoTrader but had no response. My budget is in the region of £5k. Thanks, Andy
Is this for a project? I have a 2011 1200s in black I have on FB Marketplace. Had it for about 3years having brought it from Riders Bristol. I am over 100 miles from Reading and it’s up for £6,250. However, has full luggage, termi end can, engine bars & spot lights so could probably recoup a few quid from the sale of those to meet your budget?
