  1. I’m struggling to believe they used precious space in their showroom for it.

IIrC was it about 17k on FB??? So 3k if they get asking isn’t bad I guess going into winter…

Imagine new owner reading this and the other thread after purchase ….. it needs to be in US this bike ;)

  2. For the me the bike doesn't make technical sense.
why waste money on Ex R parts, but still have standard wheels, and rear shock..
I for one would want to see some receipts for the extra R parts.. as it screams 2 bikes made into 1 to me...

  3. Did the OP ever venture back?

  4. Dare say he logged in to see all the approval and adulation for his creation to be met with the barrage of negativity.

  5. Bloody Hell. Tough crowd!

I mean it’s not to my taste either, too much anodised bling & personally I don’t like the black tank, but seems like he’s had a bit of a bashing here.

  11. I believe the red powder coated bolts were what I found most offensive. Seeing the original bike in post #95, was very soothing on the eye.

  12. Standard base wheels??

  13. its still going? would have thought it would have been parted out by now given the response.
the original bike pre 15k 'upgrades' would have faired better with a set of carbon wheels and a rear shock and job jobbed..

I still think it looks like 2 bikes made into one...

  14. Apparently....it was very popular ....a few people were after it ....

  17. I’m pretty low at the mo, and finding not much in life to laugh abbot, so thansk for the thread revival: checking out the pics gave me a chuckle as anyone who thinks it’s a a peach needs to trade their Alsatian guide dog for a Labrador
