It was hard at first, but once I got into it and changed the way I looked at food/ exercise, it wasn’t too tough.
I went from 15.5 to 12.5 about 13 years ago and reckon I've put it all back on! (I got to 12.5 but couldn't get lower - I was aiming for 12)
I exercised and stuck to 1500 kcal for one year. What I deduced from the process was that after you've been overeating long enough, you forget what not overeating feels like and misinterpret it as hunger.
In one. Cheat days (or weekends!) are very important. Cut nothing out, and have everything in moderation. Including moderation!
Aldi veggie sausages, hash browns, plain, 2 of (lovely), plus hash brown, cheesy, 1 of (nasty tasting, threw most of it away and gave the rest to the dog) and baked beans. Who needs Fakebook to show random strangers what you ate for dinner when you have DFUK? In your FACE, Zuckerberg! Note the sausages symbolically arranged as a two fingered salute to said CEO….
Black beans, cabbage, coriander, chilli, garlic, cumin, sweet corn and a squeeze of tomato paste served with heated Tortilla Basically a bit of a midweek cupboard sweep, very tasty too.
I forgot to take pictures of my fajitas I order tacos to make and realised when they arrived it wasn’t what I really wanted making home made sausage pasta tonight
Think I’ll be having this for lunch Diggle Lock French Toast Macerated berries, white chocolate and almond crumble, whipped vanilla mascarpone, salted maple syrup. Followed by a long walk along the canal
I had some ostrich steaks (from Tesco) the other night. Very nice - reminded me of a skirt steak with the texture and almost like sea bass (subtly sweet) with the flavour.
There's no end to the list of missing emojis! Where's one of sticking your finger down your throat when you need it? They're a bit like the police, emojis, aren't they!
