Any going South (Surrey etc) Sunday 7/7

  1. Hey guys,


    I am planning on taking the bike out for a ride on Sunday(7/7) as the weather is meant to be good (26 degrees). I live in London and I keep my bike in Surrey so I was thinking Boxhill maybe?

    Open to any suggestions, I just didnt see any topic up for this weekend!

  3. Great! Well, I am new to the group but I would be happy if we can agree to meet someplace! I am picking my bike from Redhill in the morning and can pretty much go anywhere!

  4. I will be at Boxhill Sunday as well. I'm usually hanging about from 10:00 onwards and of late I've got home about 6pm :)

  5. Should add, I'm on a red Streetfighter. Peter T can't afford a Ducati so has to fall back on cheap Japanese imported stuff....

  8. OK, lets meet up at Box hill at 10:30'ish, then we could head to Bury hill via Newlands (great bacon roll and the coffee's better).
    Mario I could pick up that key set from you.
    I'm the hard to kidnap one on the Red (fastest colour) 2010 Mutley, LeoVince Exhaust....And Gold Ohlins Steering damper.

  9. I will be there but I won't be coming on the ride. Look forward to seeing you tomorrow. I'm on a black MS1200. (I was told that mine is the fastest colour by the dealer when I bought it!!)

    So to recap, we are meeting for 10.30ish at Boxhill on Sunday morning!

    Bringing te key lock set with me!

    Im on a 2010 Red Multi S running on Greek plates so Im pretty sure im easy to spot!

  17. As of 9am sussex police say the A29 Bury Hill just past Whiteways is closed both ways due to a caravan accident. Heard via their Twitter feed.

  18. Doh...OK we'll have to ride somewhere else....i felt a shiver reading that word...C A R A V A N :biggrin:

    Wow...what a day, bikes ready; but i need a shower. T-shirt off before 8am! You even get that on the Continent.
    I've done my Sunday chores, cats watered, lawn let out etc.
    See you around 10:30.

  20. The nearest cafe to whiteways is at the Bignor Roman site, tyrn off before you hit Bury Hill. If the accident isn't that side that place might be an option?

    Police:
    A29 Closed Northbound at Bury Hill.

    So maybe not Bignor then.

    Mounting the 749 in like 30 seconds :)
