  1. Stop trying to convince yourself you don't want one, we can all see through it!

  2. Agree , I found it a great looking bike , all I wanted for the V4 s Sport I have now , but with all the bits that were missing , plus the addition of a proper set of wheels for better rubber .

  3. And proper suspension. Did I mention that?

  4. I went on Monday - can’t afford a new one - but really thought I was waiting for the V4 PP, and I do think it’s a beauty with all the right bits and what a multi should be - but in the most surprising 180 ever I now think next bike will be the V4S…and yes I was one of those that thought they had ruined everything when it launched, getting old mebbe. Here’s the pics I took anyway….side views for the SSA fans

  5. I’m getting a bit concerned at the attention the bike is getting from old people in the pictures.

  7. You could well be right.

  8. Thanks for the shots , I did look at the V4s but due to the wife still wanting to travel the PP was the best middle ground for scratcher and tourer plus the all day comfort thing . Hope you get one as they are lovely .

  9. In our heads we are still 18 , its the body that lets us down now

  11. They are the only ones who can afford it.

The show itself is being taken over by the smaller, independent 'custom' build companies as i suspect that is where the big profits are.

  12. Have you noticed how super cars are mostly owned by those who struggle to get in and out of them?

  13. Guilty as charged… …and it’s not even a supercar by modern standards - if I’d bought a MacLaren I’d have needed the optional driver extraction power crane

  14. me too. and its just a 911
makes me wonder where the major manufacturers think their future market is. not a problem for small niche guys who will always have enough enthusiasts with money. they must have done their research, presume it will be asia

  15. As is mine. Lovely car, but knees knackered by decades of skiing don’t make it easy!

  16. If anyone removes the pillion pegs, the swingarm will need some protection as a top
i always fancied a nice Audi TT but I couldn’t get in and out of one easily now. Even my A3 can be an issue if parked on a camber.

  17. I blame the ever decreasing width of parking spaces, coupes have always had long doors but the room to get in and out has descreased. Obviously if your struggling on your own drive then you can’t use this excuse

  18. I think its more to do with the ever increasing size of cars than decreasing parking space widths.

  19. Has anyone got a delivery date yet?

  20. nah. I'm first on our local dealers wait list and reckon it'll be Jan. though he's happy to sit on it till March when i expect to take delivery. he can't sell them to anyone else as they are all name allocated
