Cleaned my van then put it right up tight to the side of the drive and hopefully won’t be used until 504th January. Cleaned the hot tub filter
Have got my daughter and husband staying over They seem to think that working from home means anyone’s home so they’ve up’d sticks and are staying here with us for ten days!!
Have a whip round before they leave for your all 5 star Michelin restaurant, a lot of folk go elsewhere as it's cheaper over the christmas period, saves on all that cooking and washing up etc.
I’ve just been for a B12 injection. I’ll be doing nothing more now until my friend from up north arrives this afternoon with his teenage daughter and then we’re going to see Shed Seven in Leeds this evening
Finally got my booster shot. Then went for a ride, but didn't see any bins. 90+ blast down the M5 just in case the plugs were fouling. Came back when my fingers were going numb. At lights in Cheltenham on the Tewkesbury Road some guy pulled up beside me in an estate enthusing about the bike. Couldn't exactly converse through the full-face lid but I did gather that he's got a 749. He asked if the bike had any issues. I thought about it and was surprised I couldn't think of any! The stupid number plate saga doesn't count, and I figure that's what led to the broken subframe lug. I did think, halfway down the road, I should have said 'parts and servicing costs', but presume he already knows about that! That one would be in the same category as water being wet. I really must look into raising the bars a shade. Getting a stiff neck trying to see with the full-face.
How long till the Roadtecs are available, just put a set in last week and so much better than R5s in terms of feel, communication, confidence. Much more neutral rolling off centre. A bit firmer than R5 but I’m glad I got them instead. Had 3 sets of R5s .
Hi. Kind offer, Santa is listening to me! I think I will have to sell first or px as mine is 46000 miles etc. I am running to a fairly tight budget tbh.
Yeah, I'm thoroughly metric, Chris, though it is a pain doing the conversion in my head as I'm riding.
