Done LFTs and a PCR which have all been negative but I’ve been confined to bed for the last 3 days with COVID like symptoms. Fever, hacking cough, sore throat and a non COVID like flood of mucus. Just been told, there is a winter virus ripping through the local population at a rate of knots. Carole’s daughter has gone down with it, most of her friends have it and a mutual friend is just recovering from it. Just hoping Carole hasn’t got it because it is most definitely not pleasant. On the positive side, I have absolutely no appetite and my liver and kidneys must think they’ve won the lottery, no alcohol for nearly 4 days Andy

Very relieved to have finished a "letter" and got it done in 2021. "Looking forward to what's new in 2022".
Rode round to the old neighbourhood to see a few old friends. It's at times like New Years Eve I really appreciate how my life has been one long series of excuses to get the bike out!
I know this will get a mixed reception - bought some floor standing large Yamaha speaker units back in July this year but only got a chance to hook them up two weeks ago and tonight, one failed.. Got onto Amazon, phoned me back immediately and 10 minutes later replacement all in hand within 5 days (could have had refund/chose replacement because was assured that refund still an option if second pair "fail"). Happy Cuniculus.
also - listened to Fireworks for the last hour.. am I missing something here? Have these people all bought faulty timepieces on EBay? (can't say Amazon just yet ).

Covid positive PCR test Thursday for daughter Tuesday she sounded like she had a cold Wednesday she felt a bit better Thursday headache all day very tired sleeping and loss of taste didn't want to eat or drink Friday headache gone still no taste felt a bit better Negative PCR test Thursday for me thankfully I'm very very strictly keeping myself isolated. We are wearing face masks upstairs as daughter is isolated in her room. Windows open etc Lots of cleaning and rubber gloves etc.
