  3. Day two on the tiling and i hate the fecking stuff, bowed & bumpy walls.:scream:

  4. Been to Ducati Manchester to sort out getting delivery back of my scrambler, arranging having the Bayliss delivered to the ceramic coating company, arranging for it to then be delivered to my house and the V2 to be collected at the same time. Oh and I then paid for all this.

Then we went to my brother in law’s house for a catch-up and a cuppa :)

  6. Experimented with bread ingredients today and used a very good quality Italian olive oil instead of butter. Even though I say so myself, the final product is probably the best loaf my bread maker has turned out so far. Also started “brewing” a sour dough starter that’s going to take 5 days to grow. 8. Yes, the ageing process and short inside leg finds me lacking in confidence parking, stopping on a negative camber etc, shame as once moving nothing touches the mutley experience.

  9. A shortish walk from Potto to Ingleby cross and back via Swainby…
Turned into cakes and coffee with a bit of walking in between, about 8 miles

Just setting off from Potto and stumbled across these two classic cars..

Saab V4s, two stroke motors, not sure about the model numbers, are these 9/5s or something??

Quite a few trees down on the top of Swainby moor

Swainby village is tiny and it seems a strange place to have an American muscle car garage?

  11. Try a Ninja 1000SX as well, same type of bike..

Kawasaki have been making these a long time now and this latest iteration is very slick and has a few extra features over the Suzuki,..6 axis IMU , so lean sensitive traction and abs, rear preload adjuster on the shock, 4 way adjustable screen etc

  13. What was the word?

  14. I tried one in 2013, before buying the Mutley. It did everything ok, excellent brakes! But a bit dull to me. The last time I ride a Suzy was my GS750 with Yoshi big bore kit, and that was some time ago, but Suzy had a feel that connected with me, i have an open mind.

I am also trying new MTS950 which has different ergonomics in the seat region making it lower, but narrower! I have already tried 950, great bike but lacking in grunt and power for me, will also try 1260 but will not be any easier and have the same issues I have my the current bike I think.

  16. Trickles. Triple word to triple word. I'm still on a high.

  17. I tried a mates 2014 model and really didn’t like it, but this latest version feels like a totally different bike, you need to ride the new one before you rule it out :upyeah:
