I've just been trying rather repeatedly to log onto the website and have been getting numerous warning messages from Microsoft about the site. This is the first time I've received any such messaging, so is there anything we ought to collectively be doing now to ensure appropriate security, or has something happened recently to bring the website security into question that we all need to be aware of? The information I received said the website had been reported as unsafe primarily due to phishing, unauthorised email account access, credit card insecurity and the like. I've filed a report to clarify that as far as I was aware, the website was 'secure' and proceeded to gain access to it, even though Microsoft indicated I shouldn't continue, having taken two steps to access, first after my user name, then again after my password, which was still blocked requiring me to OK access, saying "continue to the insecure page, not recommended"....... Highlighting this as it is extremely unusual to receive such a warning, so if the website team can look into this and as appropriate, advise all users as to security or otherwise, at least from my perspective, that would re-assure me to continue accessing the website as I normally would.
@El Toro @Rob im not aware of anything I don't think we deal with credit card details either as it's all PayPal
I’m not aware of anything. Have you tried logging out, clearing your cookies and logging in again. That might clear a bug you’ve got.
ET I have indeed and also use a very decent AV/FW software package that instantly highlights any such issues. Thanks for moving the topic to the appropriate place too, I wasn't sure of which one was the most suitable.
I'm having the same trouble. I sent a message using the site "contact us" option earlier to report the problem. To access the website one needs to elect repeatedly to proceed against Microsoft advice. It's a little worrying, and very inconvenient. Hope you can help. Tom.
Would be really crucial to know what browser is being used. Some might still be using IE which is out of support, and may be trying to use old TLS or something, which the site itself may still be configured to accept. I'm using Chrome here and get no issues, also on my ipad and phone using Safari I get no issues.
I've just logged out, run a scan, which as I anticipated, showed my device to be clear and safe, so something seems to be amiss to me, otherwise Microsoft wouldn't be posting the website up as 'unsafe'. I don't know what else to suggest, simply posting the details to try to ensure no one accessing the website experiences anything untoward.
I'm using Edge and keep the device completely up to date with respect to software, security checks, etc.

Just tried the site in Edge and get the same message when following the 'log in' link. Warning is from 'Microsoft Defender SmartScreen'. All OK with Firefox which is my regular browser as well as Chrome. Even tried old IE and it didn't report anything either.
Below is the advice from Microsoft on managing 'Microsoft Defender SmartScreen' in the Edge browser. Its really a workaround, when the real issue is why the site is being flagged-up in the first place. Hope it helps. Tom. The link below is to report to Microsoft that a site having a warning is actually safe, if you believe that is the case. I have just used it for that purpose as a user of this site. There is a separate option for the site owner. You may need to access it via the warning message provided from the website concerned. Hope it helps.
