  1. Part service history, belts are 18,000 miles or 5 years and I suspect no record of them being changed in 2019. Andy

  2. belts will be changed when serviced and before sale - Bargin..

  3. It just states “the bike will be serviced” which I suspect means doing the absolute minimum so only oil and filter. Still might be a bargain but cynical old me still uses the maxim, “if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn’t” Andy

  6. it's getting much rarer :upyeah::) let's hope bike isn't "wrong" in some other way, if I didn't have the Uglies then might have been off to have a look myself.

  7. It has indeed, that seat doesn't look very comfy . Bike is in my hometown, never seen it about

  8. I really don’t get it. Looks like £5000 for the bike and £2950 for the headstock plaque to me.

  9. The gospel according to Falloon says the SP was a dual seat SS with Superlight carbon bits, cast iron floating discs, a rear brake drag link and a plaque (or conversely a Superlight with a dual seat and low pipes).

That one appears to have a spaghetti exhaust, a single seat, but the engine looks like it has been out and painted, along with the cylinder head nuts.

Not sure an SP has the awesomeness of a Superlight, so if I was in the market, I’m sorry, but I’m out on this one.

  10. A US spec superlight will never command a UK spec priced motorcycle in my opinion.

  11. A little overpriced, hence why it's not sold as yet.

  12. Auspicious page number?

  14. But a US spec Superlight is the same spec as a UK one (apart from headlight as LHD). It’s only the Post 1994 SP that’s half way between a SS and a Superlight, so is your comment because it would be an import, so the same would apply to any non UK bike?
