Nice, very nice. I'm another fan of the xx9 in yellow. Just seems right on a series that already stands apart.
Welcome to the best forum, and you made the best choice colour wise IMO...the 749/999 always looked good in yellow. My old 999S Mono, wish i had kept it!
Welcome and congratulations on buying a stunner, she looks fabulous in the photo, I always thought the 749/999 generation bikes actually looked better in yellow, almost as if they were designed for it, red ones are still gorgeous but yellow......hell yeah!

Nice bike, these are coming into their own now according to some classic bike dealers specialising in the unusual. I myself have an rsv1000r that I love but it’s a marmite bike for most. I also have Ducatis although in the 888 998. I think the era you have were the winningest models I have been told. Any Ducati is fine in my book apart from maybe the paso.
That looks like a really nice example and ignore the poorly educated on here that are still under the mistaken beief that red ones are faster! These bikes were made to be YELLOW!!!
What a choice I do love a yellow one (says the guy with the black monster) me and a few mates did the nc500 last year and you certainly have some great roads up there
