Warm, dry, roads not too salty, battery hopefully ok due to Optimate, fire up the 999. Started first time with 1/4 'choke' so just a quick run around the local roads. I reckon it's good for mechanical things to be used when possible.

Hectic, I have no idea how we keep up with the excitement. Some days I do so much nothing I have to carry it over to the next!

 

Bin day Wednesday in these parts and they don’t collect until 4pm.

 

I would never have guessed that you kept your bins there, not much space for starters..

 

Ours tend to come later in the morning, so we don’t have to leave the bins out overnight. We can’t be doing with that ghastly sight overnight here.

 

Finalised the delivery/exchange of the R1250RT for the V4S Travel & Radar for this Friday. Spent 45 minutes on hold to my insurer to be told sorry cannot give you a quote today as the underwriters go home in 5 minutes. Fingers crossed, I’m not expecting any problems, but until it’s done it’s a concern.

 

about to set off to meet a fellow Forum member and feeling guilty, and then I remembered that the 4 bikes most likely to get used all have SSSSSSS arms. (serves me right).
