I have yet to try the "track day on wets" experience. It will happen. Probably need to improve the "dry" riding first though....

 

It's been a good year, twenty-two days of dry tracks. Gotta take a wet day, even in Portugal.

ive been using my old fireblade on track for the last few and seem to be enjoying it more than the old gsxr, plus theres 6 of us that go and have a right laugh.

fastest time I managed was a 1:42. Great track.

when were you there? A couple of Mates were there a few weeks ago, one with a 1299 (he’s damn fast as well) and my other mate who’s disabled on his R1, which dropped a valve on day 1 (having just had a full engine refresh)

Finished my 10 years of Spanish track days, and only managed 1’41 at Almeria was trying to break the 1’40 a few years ago

 

Picked up this little CBR600RR recently, will be using it this year along with 959, then passing it on to my boy once he’s got his ACU sorted. Toying with the idea of doing Donington on Tuesday with NL, just to give it a run, just not sure if I can face the cold
