Ski-ing and snowboarding when I was single,I much prefer single days of activities these days with my lad.
Picked breakfast oranges from the tree, did the day's nutmeg collecting, then had to put up with this. Nice to have a Caribbean friend in Grenada and be here with my two lovely daughters.
The visit is a support thing, as my old friend's parents have died recently. So nice to be staying with a local; I would never come here to be in a hotel. We are fortunate.

Not had a holiday outside the UK since 2015, annual trips to the IOM don't count as I consider them an essential part of normal life. Hoping to visit NZ again next year if I can sort time off work and sufficient funds.

Currently in Australia visiting my Daughter, here for 3 months, not back in the UK till May Then 3 days in Scotland on the bikes in July and then September we’re having a 10 day Alps trip on the bikes,…it’s great being retired
Postponed road trip from 2020 to Northern Spain & Portugal in wifey’s MX5. Portsmouth to Santander, 3 nights in the Europa Picos across the Asturias, then down the Atlantic coast of Spain. 3 nights in Porto, up the Douro Valley, across to Salamanca then back up to Santander for the return ferry. Just over 3 weeks in total, looking forward to some great roads & fantastic seafood.
