I’d like to change the background from mainly white to something darker, so as to not invoke the wrath of SWMBO when surfing in bed.

can it be done ?

Sadly, I can’t see or it’s not there, I’m using an iPad, does that change the tools ?

 

There’s a big white gap on my screen where your red circle is will try another browser, but I like Safari so most annoying.

 

I’m now viewing the forum with the Google Chrome browser, still no forum style button.

Later I will try on my Mac, I don’t have a Windows or Android device.

 

But it’s the iPad that I need to make the change, I can’t take a large curved wide screen, keyboard and mouse to bed

 

Tried that in both Safari and chrome, it slightly alters the sizing but doesn’t provide additional functionality

 

I just checked on UKGSER, they use a different software but there is a button in the bottom LH corner that allows you to change the style and I’ve just changed it on there to black and achieved the desired dark background.

Surely you can’t allow them to be better

 

Thanks for trying, it’s as dark as it will go, the problem is the large % of white background
