Spa is one circuit I feel I must visit and now there’s going to be another reason to make the effort.
Its an epic circuit, watched F1 there and to see the cars come through eau-rouge in person gives much more of a sense of speed and height than any TV camera can do Really want to ride there but the whole carnet thing will make it more difficult now, in a few years once things are settled will do it though and visit all the drivable euro circuits in one season
I’m working there in 3 1/2 weeks time and really looking forward to seeing the efforts that have been put in over winter. Tail end of last season they were really cracking on well with the work off of the actual track itself. Nice to see a track having a big injection of money put into it. most people still would like to see the rally cross stadium ripped down though. They still are aiming for world superbike and MotoGP, let’s hope so.
DgSport run all the bike trackdays there, Belgium superbike series ran there not long ago. That and the 4hour classic endurance mixed in during the classic bike festival and that’s about it.
