  3. It was good considering the forecast. Got 4 dry(ish) sessions in on supercorsa’s in between my mate losing his 1199 front sprocket and a tiny bit of oil out on track in the process.:astonished:

someone’s house and car keys were sat on the braking zone to the Melbourne loop somehow as well.

plenty of red flags but it is February and donington is a bit notorious in the wet / cold conditions.

    I had fun tho :joy:

one thing I would say is having ridden on track with the Evo2 software upgrade on the previous gen V4 I really need to upgrade my current bike as the Performance electronics upgrade really are a step ahead of the (already very good) stock electronics package.

  4. I have said in these pages that when I saw a yellow PaniGale in Brighton many years ago I just couldn’t stop looking at it so not surprised really, lovely bike. It might be just me here, but sometimes I wonder if it isn’t because we get so jaded by constantly seeing red that the brain is longing for anything different! I’ve seen similar revelations with Ferrari in yellow instead of.

  5. Not Andy I hope?!

  6. How much did the Mupo kit cost out of curiosity?

  7. I'm not a yellow dicati fan but this just looks awesome. I really like the simplicity of it and it stands out from the crowd.

  9. The rear shock I picked up second hand for £500, a service and new spring for my substantial weight was another £120 I think

the forks I’ve had a while. Simon at Sitramoto with the guidance of Dave Croft supplied and fitted the CSP30’s. The CSP’s were around £2k and I wanted to fully tart it out with Ohlins forks so spent £700 on the actual electronic forks to have them converted.

you can pick CSP’s up cheaper second hand now think there are still a pair on ebay for £1000.

the CSP’s are incredible tho, really can’t recommend them enough. I’m not the fastes man in the world but the confidence it gives you on the front is immense. I originally bought them for my old 1299 to counter the limited front end feel with the airbox chassis. think my current V4 is the 4th panigale they have been on now :joy: (1199/1299 and 2x V4’s)

Not cheap but you get what you pay for I suppose.

  10. Ducati should do yellow ones again. This one is nice. But I also liked the odd yellow 1098. I'm also a fan of yellow 9**.

I like the tank on this. The thing I despise most about my 1299, is that you slide up the tank under heavy breaking. Annoys the shit out of me. Well, it did. I prep it for sale this weekend.

  13. Yes, I particularly "enjoyed" the streams flowing across Craner Curves and the Old Hairpin :)

  14. They were pretty terrifying. What were you on? I saw a multistrada, wicked sounding hypermotard out with Deano and a 959 Corse?

  15. I was on the 959 Corse. Garage 6.
