  1. Decided to go ivy stripping on a few oak trees with a large pump-up secateur device. Even then some of them were on the limit at around 3" dia and had to have a few goes at different angles so as not to break the jaws.

  3. This morning was spent tidying the house up after #2 son and family came to stay last night. I’ve given up trying to get the grandchildren to tidy up. It’s bleeding pointless.

    Then I fixed some sliders back on the feet of the sofa in the garden room.

    This afternoon I went back to see my old PT after 2 years, as I have been finding it difficult to motivate myself recently to do some serious exercise on my own. Have to say I enjoyed it but I know I’m gonna ache tomorrow.

    This evening I’ve binge watched the first 4 episodes of season 8 of Homeland :)

  8. Went for a ride. Ended up at Ducati Manchester. Collected a service booklet for the Bayliss.

    Saw @Carr01 new bike. It’s a beauty :)

  11. I went to see my old PT yesterday for the first time in two years. I enjoyed it.

    However this evening I am aching like a bastard and stiffening up as though I’d got rigorous mortis :(

  20. Went with my daughter and wife to look at Reading uni. Had a couple of hours out on the bike. Just dropped her off at a friend's house for her first night clubbing experience. My only baby is 18 now, where the hell has the time gone!?
