Off road for 8 years would make me think there might be some engine work required, not good to keep them dormant unless fully drained. Tank is a bit of a shame but apart from that if the price stays low enough looks ok
I was just about to flag this one up for all and sundry, it needs some TLC immediately, expect other problems down the the line in my opinion.
Wonder what would cause lack of paint around filler cap on 10k bike? Filler cap looks scabby, maybe water through a cover? I'd check inside tank for corrosion, strange not to tidy it up for sale.
