Nope, they’ve spent months testing it, and I’m sure I read that someone on here confirmed that it doesn’t, as he has one.
Yes, loving it at the moment, suspension is sublime especially two up, It’s my fourth Multistrada and Best by far
I was at Ducati Coventry on Wed having the running in / oil service done on my MS V2s. There were two Pikes Peaks on the showroom floor (both sold obviously!) but one of them had been tricked out with carbon fibre wheels, black anodised handlebars, Evo-tec stuff, aftermarket foot rests and a lot more and it was stunning to look at. The sales guy didn't say exactly how much it cost to get it to that standard but he hinted it was north of £35K !!! Anyone from this forum own this beauty ?
I saw that last weekend. Personally I didn’t like the carbon wheels, thought they damaged the look, but the anodised bars looked great. Not sure it’s worth all the money spent though. The add ons alone would buy a new Hypermotard.
No but I guarantee you that it sets the view off perfectly. If I get the chance next weekend I will take some.
They have to be anodised as otherwise the bars won’t fit in the clamps which were also anodised. I thought it was factory spec it looked that good but Ducati have missed a trick there.
