Guys Is there such thing as these ? because I can't find any information on it. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1998-Duc...=p2349624.m2548.l6249&mkrid=710-127635-2958-0
Yep, it's a real limited edition model. I'm sure there is some info in the Ian Fallon Monster book about them.
It's the wrong year for a Foggy special and not sporting the correct bits n bobs , I'm not convinced what it is to be honest.
From the Ducati Performance Monster Catalogue of @2002. I'm such a sad git. Looks like it was just the tank available.
Yep, was possibly done by somebody like Dream Machine, but not a dealer special, a DP one. So, we are all partly right Oh, and I don't know who in their right mind would have some of those tanks on their bike. The 3 different colour Corse ones are about the best.
Nasher That's some knowledge there bud, so it's not a limited edition course bike just a tank fitted with a few other bits .
And it has one of these fitted, which are sought after in Monster circles, despite being useless unreliable rubbish:
I'm actually still convinced it was an official limited edition from memory, but I can't find or prove it. I does look like somebody has gone through the DP catalogue at some point and Accessorised it. The old catalogue is a nice thing to flick through if like me you like that sort of thing, I found it on EBAY a few years ago. It's 154 pages of just early Monster DP accessories And it's saved me buying stuff in the past that is supposed to be genuine DP but isn't.
I hope someone can point light on it , as the only Corse ones I can find are the S4RS models and Foggy that are later bikes

I have never understood why people remove the cambelt covers, it's a bit like walking around in Jesus creepers on a winters day. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/39400464...rentrq:e435e82417f0ab8ebe324917fffa2dde|iid:1
