Would anyone know if the stock/factory-fitted Termignoni end pipes of a 998R would fit seemlessly on a 998S (EU version)? It seems that I have misplaced my bike's own and sourcing the 998S end pipes has proven an uphill task (at least as a pair and for a fair price). As per the official parts manual, the part codes for the end pipes for the 998R and the 998S are identical save for the last letter on the right end pipe only (which makes me somewhat hesitant).
Yes that should fit. 996R / 998s / 998R = 50mm deepsump. Exhaust headers, pipes interchangeable. 998 = 45mm shallow sump. Exhaust headers 998 only.
