I had a shit night's sleep and was awake between 3am and 6am. Eventually went back to sleep and woke at 9.30am. Swmbo then went shopping and I stayed in bed till 10.30. Got showered and then started ironing and putting stuff aside for my trip to Ireland later this month. I like to be prepared Also took the washing out of the washer, put it on the clothes horse and now I've had some lunch seeing as she's still out gallivanting! Now sat having a cuppa and some homemade fig rolls
Been doing a bit of PR for IAM RS at a Bike Safe day organised by the local Harley dealer for the Thames Valley chapter. Got caught in a mini whirlwind on the way home, lifted my arse out of the saddle and dumped 50 gallons of water on me. Still, home in one piece, bike washed and towelled dry and put away. Time now to sit and warm up with a nice hot coffee. Andy
This morning I had to go to the implant specialist/dentist in Pudsey to have my implant refitted, however my gum hasn’t sufficiently healed from the surgery 3 weeks ago so I’ve got to go back again in 4 weeks time when hopefully it can be sorted. SWMBO then wanted to go shopping so we went first to the Owlcotes retail park in Pudsey then to the White Rose retail park in Leeds where I spent a fortune on new clothes that I didn’t know I needed.
School holidays and given there's not a while lot to do for a 10-year old, decided to take the young man to the archery range. A good time was had by all. No targets were hurt in the process.
