Has anyone found anything to delete the pannier mounts on a V4 Multi. I won’t be fitting them to mine, so would like to delete all the mounting hardware.
Doesn’t seem to be easy. Have a look here: https://www.bike-parts-ducati.com/d...strada-V4S-SPORT/REAR-SUBFRAME/776/2337/0/776 If I’m reading the diagram properly, the mounts are on two separate pieces, the rear looks easy to remove but would need a blank, the fronts look to be moulded into the plate. I could happily do without them though.
I’d be happy enough just removing the rear, as it moves in and out, and is unnecessary for my needs. Would just need something to plug the holes.
Hi @Multirider75, did you ever go ahead with this? I need to replace the rear pannier mounting (the one that moves side to side) on my multi as it was damaged. So I was wondering if it turned out to be a straight forward job or not.

I have the ones in the back removed, I had to remove them to mount the supports for the Bumot aluminum suitcases, on their website, you can see in a video they have posted on their website how to do it, it's simple, 4 allen screws and 15 minutes
