Hello Everyone, took a bit of a break from motorbiking. Previously mainly into Daytona 675s though had dabbled a bit with an 899 a long time ago. My Daytona has been in storage for years but can do about 150 miles before I'm maxed out on wrist pain I'm 6'2" and 100kg, but I love a 600. So thought I'd get a second bike. Just bought a 950 supersports as want to do some sporty touring White/Red 19 plate with Termi can. Awaiting delivery. Not ridden it but hey, all the reviews seem very positive. As long as it's more comfortable than my Daytona.
TFT Symon, as I thought I'd go all in and just buy one....as every review said how comfy it is. I'll move to the super sports forum once I get a photo of it....I've actually realised I missed out on purchase of someone's on here as 100% it was the one I saw advertised but was sold Saturday. Either way I think I prefer the white now. Does anyone know of panniers (my sportsbike alter-ego, just died a little at those words) that are after market that will fit the supersports bike. I have kriega (20L+10L+10L) and toured Spain on my Daytona (never, ever, ever again) but as I want to do a bit more touring commuting I'll give in and get panniers. But other than the official Ducati ones £1000.... I can't find any that state 100% they'll fit the Ducati SSS. It seems that some might...but not wanting to risk a few hundred £ on something that won't fit Example: https://www.motea.com/en/set-pannie...7BTRPm79eaVn1UUngrYdihlYwxUr83LsaAlwtEALw_wcB Only states it'll fit multistrada when you go into detail which is a lot of money for it to not fit.
Thought I should post a few photos. It’s like a fast arm chair. Very pleased indeed even had surprise heated grips which was a bonus at 4am and 1C on my long journey Had a trip to Ducati Aylesbury today….. couldn’t work out how to turn the heated grips off!
