Ducati Bournemouth - Coming Soon!

Discussion in 'Ducati General Discussion' started by Mark - Ducati Bournemouth, May 5, 2022.

  1. Seems totally sensible, given it’s a broad spread from Bristol to Winchester.

  2. Poole is more upmarket :p

Best of luck with it and hope to make whatever open day you have :upyeah:

  3. Sandbanks Ducati

  5. Good luck - a thriving network of dealerships is in everyone's interest.

  6. As a Ducati owner, I noticed the big hole in the middle of the South! We’ll do our absolute best to fill it! :):punch:

  7. Totally agree - it’s a fantastic brand!

  8. Excellent news as Moto Rapido have been brilliant for the past 20 years, but getting three bikes there and back isn't always simple and Ferndown Industrial Estate is very convenient. Look forward to visiting.

  9. It'll be great to see you once we're open - there's a Porsche garage directly opposite if you get a 4-wheel scratch that needs itching?;);)

  10. Thank you! We'll definitely be having an opening event and I'll make sure it's posted on here.....An autumn ride-out with some decent weather (fingers crossed) with the promise of a decent coffee will hopefully entice a few people down :):upyeah:

  11. They have looked after my 911's for years, a decent bunch. Look forward to hearing about the opening event.

  12. Then I guess you must know my friend and fellow Ducatisti, John Piper from their Aftersales Department?

  13. We have the same 'problem' in Cambridge, Porsche Cambridge opposite Ducati Cambridge. Must be a deliberate ploy

  14. I'd be lying if I said it wasn't a bit contrived!:D;)

  15. Fantastic news as I am in Wimborne about 2 miles from the Porsche garage….

  16. Literally just down the road, see you when we open and I’ll make sure the kettle is on :upyeah::punch:

  17. Yes and even better you've got Aston Martin as well.

  18. Fghtf
Definitely. I see you are part of the Breeze Group……

  19. Actually, the Aston Martin dealership has now closed, and Porsche have expanded into it. The Porsche site had been up for sale so they could expand, and that sign has gone down. Both dealerships are / were part of Jardine group, so I guess they did the sums, and worked out the AM site could make more as Porsche capacity than AM.

Sorry to see AM dealership go though.
