About to take delivery of a 2013 Pikes Peak and want to be sure what should come with the bike out of the crate. I know the stubby Termi comes with the bike, but does the standard stacked cans come as well? I know there should also be a lock set, but what about a touring screen, stretchy cover etc? Any feed back would be appreciated Regards Dave
Errr..don't think that hasn't crossed my mind, but I find it difficult sometimes to get a straight answer from anyone, plus the dealer has never sold one of these models (please note I am on Jersey, total population 80,000 people, about 9x5 miles, so not a lot of call for this particular bike!). I just want to hear from others who have brought this model and what they were handed over by their dealer when they too delivery.
Two boxes containing the standard exhaust , screen and lots of bits of plastic. Also a small library of handbooks and promotional stuff. I think the bikes arrive at the dealer as standard (except for the paint job) and he fits the bling.
LOL you must have visited the Island at some point! I would hasten to add though that I was not inbred I mean bred here, I am from North London stock!

Done my bit already, three boys through two wife's and one divorce (not a bigamist I hasten to add!). Come to think of it I don't know how I can afford this bike. So I am in fact not only deepening the gene pool but re-invigorate the economy of Jersey at the same time! Back on thread, did anyone get one of those stretchy covers with their Multistrada? By the way, nice to be part of an active UK based forum for a change.
Numpty (pun intended) question but does the pipe etc come as standard on this model? Just wondering what you get for the extra money
In a box you will have,1x termi end can,1x long rear hugger in black plastic,1x standard clear screen inc 4xrubber washers and 4 bolts and a black plastic bit that comes off the front mudguard when they fit the fender extender.
For the extra money you get,paint,red frame,marchesini forged rims,matt carbon beak,rear hugger,front mudguard,belt covers,front screen,air intake coversand black belly pan and pillion footrest hangers,you also get standard screen and termi end can.What you dont get is any luggage,centre stand,heated grips.
I suppose its the tricolor of the multi range but the termi end can is a total waste of time for any performance or noise gains but it looks pretty,best thing is to sell it and put the cash towards a full system,if you go for the full termi(sounds great but looks are a bit marmite)i would suggest ordering with the bike for a greater discount and free fitting.

Both my wives are Jersey born and bred and you know, I was even surprised to see so many of the same people at my second wedding that were also there at the first, and they weren't people I invited! Only joking....
Simmytt, thanks for that very informative, it stacks up with what the dealer advised me of, had hoped it would come with some sort of cover, but hopefully I will be using her too much to keep her under one for too long! Thanks again.
