I wonder if you have one or both evotech cylinder/header guards….? From memory it looks very much like the piece you need to leave off (or maybe put on) so they fit together. It’s been a while since I fit mine.
Isn’t that just a piece of fill-in trim? There’s something similar on the air-cooled first version which is what reminded me, I think mine are both removed.
