Apparently he's left over from the disco period,....no seriously something about the fairings cracking hence the foil attached.
851 sp3, with all that money spent on restoration, they've forgotten the headlight adjustment blank plastic button. https://www.carandclassic.com/car/C1465599
888 ownership's affordable for most these days, it needs some TLC applied. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/185462283163?hash=item2b2e69db9b:g:2OEAAOSwgQ1ipg~v
If the headlight / nosecone rubber is not installed correctly then the blank doesn't say in, as i've found out on the superlight inrecent times.
Why would you drop £30k on a SP3 that's probably only worth £15/£20k max? I smell lots of b.s in that add, but I'll give you a £100 for the bike coccon.
I'm in agreement with you but we do know what dealers charge per hour, don't we. The problem with those coccons that they take up quite a bit of space from my experience in the past.
I just had a read up on coccon, can't really see the point as still sucking moisture in? Yeah I suppose at even £45 hr specialist soon racks up a big bill if going full nut & bolt resto job. Recon he'll be luck to get £20k, but lovely bike.
Think a quite rare bike, really have no idea of value. The boxed magnesium wheels are probably worth a good couple of grand on there own.
Send it back and get a full refund.....i have seen one advertised for sale at, wait for it.............£6.00
