Despatched first rat of the year. Not head shot but good enough to only get 6ft before dead.

 

Swam 5km. Second one of the week.

 

37C at mid afternoon. Not a going far day. Emptied the bin. Passing the Cafe on the way back. Well got to stop for a cold one! Wouldn’t be right not to!
Looking at weather for next week to return UK. Take a couple of days up the route Nationals, avoid autoroute tolls and fill up at supermarket prices instead of crazy autoroute rates, pays for a decent hotel.

 

Mostly enjoying the wonderful weather. And long may it continue

 

Ran the second superlight up and down the drive for the first time, it ran as rough as a cross channel ferry trip to Dieppe.

 

..and sounded like a diesel - all working perfectly then.

 

Think i might be turning Japanese next year.

 

Been to our first French funeral, the Marie had passed away.
I had heard, j'entendu que, the men stayed outside of the church. Not wanting to break tradition I advised Mrs Jbiker to go in..then I went to the bar with the men.

Honestly, I like this country more and more!

Swam another 5K today. That’s three days in a row.

Haha, in a pool unfortunately!

 

God I hated swim training 1.5k per session in a 25 metre pool was extremely monotonous.

 

Luckily I’ve got the voices in my head to keep me company!
