  1. Dixon grabbing pole from pretty much nowhere at the last gasp was pretty impressive.

Rory skinner announced he’s doing a couple of wild cards for hoppers moto 2 outfit, should be an interesting gauge of where he is rn :upyeah:

pecco on pole in the big one with fq a gnats ballbag behind him , hoping for more action than last week :upyeah:

  2. I only watched the motogp qualiyfing with interest, but nothing really matters until tomorrow, whether Pecco can perform or not that remains to be seen.

  3. Possibly damp tomorrow, almost certainly going to be a crash fest in all 3 competitions. Andy

  4. Well that was a marked improvement on last weeks
Could have sat here all day watching that. Superb.

  5. Helter skelter with both those races, what's not to love about this sport, a much more mature ride by Jake which bodes wells for after the break.

  6. Well that was a rather fabulous weekend wasn’t it, wish I’d bought those tkts that were for sale on here a few weeks back now!!
    Aleix fast becoming everyone’s favourite?

  7. Still buzzing thinking about earlier so many talking points

Ogura winning his first m3 race and mclfea making it to the last lap (bit harsh but another mistake).
M2 fired up with about 10 to go.
So good to see jake battling at the front regularly now. Can’t wait to see how Rory skinner goes at silverstone and as for s lowes I have no words left. Poor bastard.
First error of the season for Fabio but loved seeing him trot off to apologise to aleix after.
The new breed etc. such a good days racing after sachsenring.

  8. All that preparation on the souffle, but within a few laps that sinking feeling kicks in, better luck nextime out Fabio.!

  9. Or a 4 hour roast pork with no crackling at the end of it :worried:

  10. I think Fabios move was the move of a desperate man (this weekend) tbh. Pecco was always going to win today after that start and why he’s still number one at ducati.

“Gav” was saying earlier he’s pulled back bigger points differences in the past albeit un-successfully. Another half a season still to come :)

  11. I don't do those two but yes on that front, or no salt & vinegar at the chippie on a friday night.

  13. Some of the best overtakes seen in a long time.....do you think someone should tell aleix that it’s not a moto3 race......

  14. Funny how millers only 15 points behind the ducati golden child.
Be even funnier if he beats him over the course of the season and jumps ship to ktm (as much as i do like Pecco).

  15. Miller is a great rider and likeable. The problem seems to be how he sometimes fades towards the end of a race, assuming he stays on the bike. Staying on the bike at times is the other problem. Both issues may be down to being hard on tyres..
    Brilliant rider in the wet.

  16. Yeh him and pecco are the same size arent they and Pecco seems to get stronger as races go on.

i wonder whether his "jack ass" persona does him many favours sometimes or whether it was just his passport they got bored with.
