Think we need to be clear on something, far right is far, far worse than far left (you don’t see many socialists trying to ethnically cleanse a whole continent as an example).
On that point sure, but then you don’t get too many far right wingers wanting to re-write history instead of learning from it, cancelling everything that they don’t identify with, (even though the vast majority do) & so on. Extremism, as someone else here suggested earlier should always be a reason for introspection, not a subjective points scoring exercise as to who is the less destructive.

I wouldn’t call mao etc socialists in the true sense of the word (or not my sense of the word anyway). Right wing nut jobs are always right wing nut jobs though (and everything that goes with it). There are also many many more right wing cranks than people with socialist beliefs from my experience
Seeing as black people were initially denied the most basic and fundamental rights of freedom, family and even their lives, and then even after being emancipated were (until fairly recently) denied participation in almost every single aspect of society, sometimes on pain of death, if the worst they do by way of retaliation is to deny white people the use of a word, then that’s probably not such a bad bargain.

It’s a bit like ‘only women bleed’ stuff: you can’t possibly know what it’s like as you aren’t ‘in that club’. Is the narrative. Most oppressed are women. No doubt. Always has been. Always will be. Yet women rights seem to not matter these days at all…. Or Islam would be outlawed and sex workers would be celebrated not prosecuted.
