  1. Nice, you must be just down the road from me then.

  2. Had our first big journey with our new family member. He was great all the way from London to Holyhead and Dublin, well done Monty. I should add in the car and not on the bike! image.jpg

  3. Cleaned the Panigale then put it away and got the Gsxr 1000 out.

  4. To be honest, I am not sure what Old Tom the gardener uses. I will add next time he is up at the big house, collecting his weekly stipend and annoying the house staff

  6. Watching some WSBK practice, I know it's been said before but toprack is just unbelievable braking into turn one. Rear wheel in the air, dangling a leg and changing down through the box all at once.

  9. Thanks folks. I’m the executor of the will, so am a bit daunted if I’m honest, but am sure everything will fall into place once I’m there, as he was very well prepared for this.

  11. Stipend! A damn good thrashing works so much better. Shouldn’t need more than a well honed scythe and a pair of scissors if properly motivated.
Liberals whatever next. Outside out, inside in. Let the servants mix and it’ll all end in tears.Get a grip old chap. Standards must be maintained, behaviour modified. Riding two wheeled contraptions next:)

  13. Sat here just chilling before lunch and then off to the airport for the flight back home at 4.30. Been a very good week, except for my weight, I suspect, but will do a damage assessment on Monday. :joy:

  17. Swept up some leaves in the garden, and walked the dogs this morning.
Just popped over to laguna Ashford as they have a Ducati open day with Josh Brooks attending. Entered the superlight into the sports category for best bike, but judging is at 2:30 and have a few family members coming to us at 3:30 and the Mrs was a bit panicky I wouldn't be home in time so left early., who knows what coukd have been!. I did say I could leave later and just ride faster......

  18. Dropped into Motolegends as I want a cooler jacket - what I wanted (the Klim one) just didn't fit (too big or too small... a bit like Goldilocks without a happy ending... yes I know!). Wallet is still heaving sighs of relief...! :joy:

  19. Had a gentle ride out to acclimatise to race shift. Didn't take long tbh and feels more natural. Jury is still out but i preferred up shifting like this. Just need to remember to shift up from neutral at lights.

  20. Really sorry to hear your awful news and that you now have to deal with the fall-out. Not a task that is easy at all to warm to. Good luck, I don't envy you at all.......
