Gen 2 Diavel 2018 … Neutral

  1. Hi, is there a fix for the non existent Neutral ?..?

    had similar issues on my Aprilia rsvr but it wasn’t as bad , the diavel is near impossible

  2. I had a Gen 2 Diavel, got in to the habit of getting in to Neutral at about 5mph, just before I came to a standstill. Much easier than trying to select neutral at a standstill.

  3. Yeah, for a bike that’s been in production quite a few years it’s pretty crap tbh, my 1198 never had a problem, seems like the Italians can’t do wet clutches because my aprilia rsvr was crap with neutral

  4. My 600SS would never go into neutral at standstill
    Had to put it in neutral as I was coming to a stop

  5. The above plus I found that the correct chain tension is critical.

  6. I expect you’re right. I had the ‘neutral issue’ on a previous (chain drive) Ducati, but I find neutral OK on my (belt drive) Xdiavel.
