  3. Was this at MotoCorse recently?? I was there about 6 weeks ago getting my 749 ready for a eurotrip and I am sure I saw this!! If so it looks amazing in the flesh :upyeah:

  9. Yep, much better.

    With the standard seat, I was forever sliding forwards towards the tank. The Superpole seat is neoprene and you stay planted on it. This is with leathers or jeans. My Streetfighter suede Ducati Perfomance seat is great with jeans, but slippy with leathers.

    I'm also 6'1", so the superpole seat is more comfortable, being about 1" thicker it raises you up on the bike a little so that your legs aren't as cramped. It feels strange for 10 mins, then you get used to it.

    It's also less angled downwards and sits flatter, probably another reason you don't slide about all over the place.

    Oh, and to answer the question. Yes they are more comfortable. I did 200 miles at the weekend and can't say I once thought about my legs or backside.
