My mate won a S1000RR with the same company, he rode it once and chopped it in for a brand spanking new GS, not bad for one ticket.
this is what I need to decide. going to ride it first and see what’s it’s like. mother issue is, market for bikes at moment is rubbish. This cost of living stuff seems to have an impact on value
£42 for a motorcycle, didn't you do well as Bruce Forsyth used to say on the generation game back in the 1970's. I'm not jealous for one minute.......................you bastard.
Congratulations! My Panigale V4 SP was also a win from RevComps. I have had it a year as insurance is due; I told myself I would sell it after a years fun, and get something more sensible. Luckily for me, sensible is not something that comes easily . Enjoy your "free" bike
My mate had a full Austin racing exhaust on his 899, it was so fuckin loud, he had to put stock exhaust back on to go on track and when on the road he was delegated to the back and if he dared to try to take the lead we’d drop back and go another way Oh well done by the way
An acquaintance of mine won on an S1000RR forum in January of this won an S1000R, he already had the current S1000RR. Before he could ride the new bike he'd won, he hit a pothole and came off on his RR and has needed several operations, last time I saw him in May, he'd only just started riding again. Congratulations, well done and enjoy your prize!
Well I have some news. Erm I sold it. the courier called me last night and made me an offer and I thought sod it. so unfortunately no Ducati for me, for now.
yeah I’m really sorry. I had a few factors, mainly money abit tight and the money offered would allow me to sort finances out, but also have enough for a track bike. and well someone willing to send money over there and then was hard to pass. Can’t tell you how much was sold for either because I’d cry. And everyone would take the piss. they got a good price/deal
Nope. I was looking at eBay for prices and they seem to go for around 10.5k I thought for the hassle and potentially getting messed around I’d cut my losses. in short this did only cost me £42 for a total of 10.3k return
