Found an unused one so had to have it.

  2. Very nice for B roads, and no frame welds on show for rusting out like the other models.!

  3. Apparently it was just some of them and Ccm are doing a frame exchange now on any affected models.
It won’t get wet anyway !

  4. Hey give us a road write up at some stage on riding pro's & con's abilities.

  5. Really nice, I've fancied one for a while.

Check the frame has a number stamped on it.

I spent an amusing 1/2hr at my local MOT station literally a couple of months ago when a Guy brought an unregistered one in to get MOT'd using the Frame number.
The MOT guy searched for it, and even called CCM, who told him where it should be before admitting it could have escaped the factory with no number on it.
I think from memory it should be down by the left hand footrest somewhere.

  6. Very very nice...

Loving that hidden rear light cluster... clever. Presumably the indicators are LED's in there too ?

  7. Looks great! It has some nice touches and what looks like a high quality finish. Enjoy.

  8. Looks great, have fun.

  9. It’s currently dismantled a bit while I fit the indicators to some tasty carbon brackets under the seat.
I am ‘attempting’ to fit a plate under the seat as well as I hate the monstrosity at the back.
Rode it about 15 miles today. It rides nice, a bit agricultural compared to my Ducati but it sounds lovely and is light as a feather, feels a bit like an RG250.

Hopefully get a decent run out if it doesn’t rain.

  11. Looks fun!

  12. Carbon rear indicator brackets arrived. Having to modify the rear loom to reach both sides.

  15. That looks tidy @iang27
I assume it'll not snag the back of your thigh ?

  16. Maybe you need to get your suspension set up on yours:upyeah:

  17. I was wondering if anyone could sympathise here, to most of my non-Ducati-appreciating friends, they will often ask :- how’s the tractor? alluding to the rattly clutch, and sometimes lumpy idle of an “L” twin I guess. I’m more than happy with all of mine Vinnie, although a couple need new fuel pumps now.

  18. Great looking bike Ian. Is that a V2 in the garage as well?

  19. First short ride just to try the bike left me thinking it wasn’t going to be very stable and it was running wide.
Got home and just happened to press on the rear tyre and I could push it in.
Turns out it had 10psi in and the front 18psi. No wonder it didn’t feel right !

Went out yesterday on a 110 mile run and the bike is mint. It does handle great with air in the tyres and is quick enough on the country roads that I use. I had to restrain myself from revving it as it wanted to go much quicker.
    Really enjoyed it.
