2001 Ducati Monster 750 Dark

I have a 01 750 Dark, completely stock.
Looking to install a set of Mivv oval stainless exhaust and a Dynojet jet kit.
What else should I do to get the most out of these additions?
Anything I should look out for?

K&N filter and cut the top of the air box cover off

stage 2 dynojet kit should work best
