Isn't that the Barber motorsport track and museum? In '94 I was at Brands for this event and George Barber bought over these M V Agustas and riders. Proper sounding bikes...
Yes - its his museum and track - there was a lot of Porsche going around there on Sunday. So you want more photos (non Ducati)
Mind boggling, just one question what insurance bRoker would take on that huge risk and at what insurance premium payment.?
I asked one of the guides / security people does he actually get paid to do this? - His reply was YES - Best Job Ever!
wow, just wow... That place is awesome... Reminds me of Brooklands Mercedes World, but on Steroids and with MUCH COOLER stuffs.. Amazing
? Thats a Desmocedici lump methinks. It that yank bloke samds effort. Looks like a dogs dinner once its thrown it up and regurgitated it.
Fantastic! Out of interest, how long did you spend in the museum.... and how long could you have spent. Looks like you could easily spend a couple of days there having a good look round!
The ticket is a day admission - on the Sunday it was open from 12 till around 5. Longer hours the rest of the week and they do 2 and 3 day passes. I left just after 4 - so guess that puts me there for around 4 hours.. I had gone to the zoo in the morning as that opened at 9.00 before going here and had a 2 hour drive back to where I was staying. You could easily spend the day - assuming you have time there looking at stuff - they also do guided tours - then you get access to the lower floor and some of their workshops. Then as its normally nice - you can walk out and watch the racing / practice. They have event days - so if your thinking of going - look to the calendar - that way you can be sure there is racing on the track. There is a hotel about a mile away and also Cabela's next to it for your gun and knife and fix...
