Successfully pissed off all my neighbours as the builder fired up his 2-stroke petrol disc cutter and started to cut the hole in the wall for my new french doors ....... at 8:45 Andy
First time in Greece and have to say it really is lovely. One of those times you wonder why you’ve never been somewhere. Wondering is there’s a deeper meaning to the ‘adults only’ aspect of the hotel. I’m getting some kinky looks by the pool now I’ve got my chest out
I put the L.R in for a service today but had trouble walking back as my feet are in so much pain!, so i'd a bright idea, get a pushbike out from the summerhouse that hasn't been used for twenty plus years, pumped up the tyres and went on my way with no pain....happy days is a pushbike that gets you out of trouble.
There’s a member on TZ-UK called Raffe - he’s the nosey foreign type and he’s posted links to a couple of my posts here, referencing me as a member over there. He’s wrong, but just so you know he’s a stalking freak and he couldn’t be more wrong about the person he thinks I am, but they all fawn over his amazing skills. Just so (1) admin know you’ve a creep here and (2) Ralph knows I have access to the Cess Pit over on TZ, which will really soak his sock
Sorry to hear about your plates of meat, but how did you get your push bike back given you rode your motorcycle there?
Thanks for the sympathy card, much appreciated, it was the Landrover defender openback that was being serviced.!
We moved rooms in the hotel this morning. The staff here are fabulous and we booked a sea view room. You could see the sea, but only hanging off the balcony on one leg, with your arms behind your back and one eye shut So, albeit a travel agent mix up, they had one of their penthouses come available and moved us with no drama and no extra charge. Photo looks crap, but it’s lovely.
Been bleeding the brakes on the R1 having fitted race lines and blocking off the ABS pump. Not really sure why I've done it tbh, It was a massive amount of faff... I don't like that the brake 'balance' shifts when you are hard on the brakes, because on the R1 it is a linked brake system, it's unnerving, but for Spain in November I probably could have lived with it.
