not so small. just paid the dealer for repairing the lads Lexmoto. a four-figure sum. he gets it back Tuesday. i fuggin hate chickens with a passion.
Opened the front door, took delivery of a box and opened it...XCP Professional - Rust Blocker Clear Coat and XCP Professional Cleaner & Degreaser received from Sportsbikeshop. I might put them in the garage when it's stopped raining
Paid for some lovely rear sets that will be fitted to the bike I’ve never ridden and may never at this rate…. And looked on eBay!
nah. i had a good look through the terms and conditions but there's nothing in there about damage caused by sliding down the road to avoid a heard of killer chickens. he's been told. next time drive over the chickens and not to risk further damage by avoiding them.
Oh dear, hope he’s not injured and only his pride hurt. Chap up our way got put away for avoiding Ducks on a dual carriage way. Braked too hard for the Ducks having just pulled in from overtaking a truck, killed his passengers…..
yip. bummer. pretty much what i told him could happen. he dislocated his thumb. but it popped back in when he pulled his glove off. the up shot, we both got a trip down memory lane when he was forced to use his Aprilia for a few days. he got to ride it. i got to pick him up with the Trailor at 10pm one wet night when the rear sprocket sheared all 6 mounting bolts. i fuggin hate that POS. you want it as a doner bike?
You’re a wee bit too far from me, wack it on the Derbi Senda FB page it’ll sell on there. My lads SX so far has been fine but he has a little mechanical sympathy. Only issue so far has been the rear indicator but I found a way to fix them when broken. I bought a donor bike locally for £500 as it had no MOT and looked like it had been parked in the sea for a year or two. Got a 70 kit on it and some trick bits but looks like it’s had 7 owners none of which cared for maintenance more than they did for bling, turd wrapped in glitter.
